Large Scale Commands Radar Problem

The problem appears when i have to draw "squares" for selecting in which regions the commands will be applied.

When i am trying to do that  by mouse, the squares will appear in differents place ! Like there is an offset from where i click with the mouse and where the square "starts to appear"!
