cant unzip server download?

despite 3 different zip utils and zip fix programs....cant seem to get it extracted...help plz

I am having this same issue I tried multiple times over the past two weeks and always get the same error.

Does the filesize match with the one on the download page? Which programs have you tried to extract it with?

Yeah the file size matches.  I am using winzip now but when I had the server before all I used was the standard windows program.  Im getting this error (start of central directory not found; Zip file corrupt. Possible cause: file transfer error).  I have downloaded it about 50 times now and everytime it says the same thing.  I do not understand it at all because I downloaded and unziped it fine a couple months ago with just the windows unzip program.  I downloaded winzip to see if that would help but it gives me the same message.
