Support / Question about targeting
May 28, 2011, 06:30:16 AM
Is there a way to target large areas when deleting or adding tiles? I had someone working with me who messed up a large area of my map and I am needing to remove it and start over. But deleting and tiling small areas is so time consuming. If there is an option or feature I am over looking could you please point me in the correct direction?

Support / Map error on load of Server
August 04, 2009, 12:44:30 PM
OK , I have been running CentrED for sometime and truly love it. But recently I reformatted and after attempting a clean install of CentrED I am getting an error on launch of the .bat file. I have searched this site and used both map sizes listed for Pre And Post Mondains Legacy maps. I am patched to 6.0.0.0 so I believe this is the later which is 896X512 but that size nor 768x512 works.

Error
C:Program FilesAKS DataBasisCentrED>cmd /k cedserver.exe

Instead of "local host" try setting it to  127.0.0.0 or 127.0.0.1

Just right click the .bat file link and choose save as , change it from Text Document to All Files and it should save as a .bat file. If it still comes out as .bat.txt just rename to .bat.

The bat file is available here //http://www.aksdb.de/board/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=3&start=10 Should be 3rd or 4th post down. Make sure its in the folder with the server and Use it to Execute the server . It should keep the server window from closing.

Thanks for responding. Yes that was the issue I didnt add the file names just the folder location. Now I'm having another issue I am not sure on how to fix. If this is not the correct size of my map where would I look to get the correct size? It is a default UO map at patch 5.0.9.1  .... Thanks for any help resolving this.

Never mind I got it fixed had to change the map file size to 896x512 since it's a ML map.

Support / EFOpenError

I know I am probably over looking something but I copied all my files from the UO directory to a secondary one and loaded the location in the server but now I get a small error... Does anyone know why I would get this error?
