just triple checked them  they are the sizes I have listed.  I even tried replacing the the staidx0.mul with the original that came with new map before I expanded it to make to correct ml size.  Still no luck.

Tried replacing them with the originals but still get same messages as it shuts back down.      Is there someway I can remake those 2 files from the map0 file?

Ok map0.mul is 89915392 bytes but staidx0.mul is 786,432 bytes

Ive verified the paths and using a ML size custom map. Whats really aggravating is that I had this running other night after I manually set the file paths.  Now tonight when I go to open it again to start working on map it does this. And I havent even touched the program since Fri.
