replace terrain

simply (not that simply) replace the terrain or some item in x and y area to some other terrain or item.

example: I want to substitute all the sands (there are many types, but you can select a group from the random pool, with all sands there and replace randomly) to  grass terrains (and  here you must have another random pool to substitute) in 100x100 area where i selected, and then! puff! done  :lol:

Statics ran already be replaced using MapTool. I think I can add a command to replace terrain there too.
