After that i changed Parameters in cedserver.ini , and i changed this line

map1.mul: 896x512
map2.mul: 288x200
map3.mul: 320x256
map4.mul: 181x181
but anyway it writes me an error , what i must do to start this programm :) !?

Hitman

Check the filesize of map0.mul. If it's something around 75 MB the map size should be 768x512, if it's around 85MB (I don't recall the exakt size) it's probably 896x512.

YoBoY

Problem is fixed arleady :)
The problem was with my statics0.mul , i download "OSI-LIKE" statics0.mul and all is working :)
But why i can't edit / and work with my statics0.mul !? There was many fantastic places =) What i built
Thanks for your reply.

Hitman

I guess your staidx0.mul is damaged/invalid. It should have *exactly* the same size as the one from OSI.

Prowl

Ok I also get this same problem.  Here is server mesage.

Ive verified the paths and using a ML size custom map. Whats really aggravating is that I had this running other night after I manually set the file paths.  Now tonight when I go to open it again to start working on map it does this. And I havent even touched the program since Fri.

Hitman

Check if your staidx0.mul is 5505024 bytes in size and map0.mul 89915392 bytes. If that is not the case, please tell me how large they are in your case, maybe that gives a hint to the problem.

Prowl

Ok map0.mul is 89915392 bytes but staidx0.mul is 786,432 bytes

Hitman

It seems your staidx0.mul (and probably statics0.mul too) is damaged somehow. You should replace them with a backup you hopefully made.

Prowl

Tried replacing them with the originals but still get same messages as it shuts back down.      Is there someway I can remake those 2 files from the map0 file?

Hitman

No, these files are independant. But in that form, probably not even the UO client will use them correctly. Are you SURE you used the right files? The size you gave me matches (incidently?) the one from artidx.mul ...

Prowl

just triple checked them  they are the sizes I have listed.  I even tried replacing the the staidx0.mul with the original that came with new map before I expanded it to make to correct ml size.  Still no luck.
